Assistance is available 24/7 to support you and provide the care and assistance you need.
We will make every attempt to settle directly with the hospital, clinic, medical facility or any other
establishment for eligible expenses under the COVID-19 Insurance and Assistance Plan. However, despite our best efforts, we cannot always arrange direct billing and you may have to pay out of pocket and submit a claim for reimbursement.
