If you have purchased a travel insurance plan that includes emergency medical coverage, you are likely to be covered for an emergency medical event such as getting sick or injured during your trip. Whenever possible, we will attempt to arrange for direct billing on your behalf. However, when this is not possible, we may reimburse you for any out-of-pocket medical expenses you may have after you file a claim.
