A combination of the type of claim and the sharing of the necessary documentation will determine the time it will take to process your claim. If our Claims team is waiting for any type of documentation such as medical reports, receipts, statements, or police reports, they won’t be able to process your claim until that documentation is received. So make sure you provide all requested information and ask any questions you may have regarding the next steps you may expect regarding your claim.
